Extend -t/--include-tests

The two features that I'd be interested in are:

• add -t support for deqp-runner suite: for consitency with deqp-runner run
• extend -t to take a failure.csv file: this makes it easy to then only run the tests that failed or regressed

I can implement both, if I'm not the only one interested in this (otherwise I'll keep them in my wrapper script).
