piglit support

It would be great to be able to take in a piglit xml test list and run it with the same flake and xfail handling that we have for deqp (a piglit quick test list dry run on a630 is ). We should be able to share a lot of code with deqp.

Apparently @pepp wrote one of these, but doesn't have permission to release it. :(
