Under the section "Install from a release tarball" It says "Note: There are no release tarballs at this point" Source doc : https://github.com/Cangjians/pycangjie/blob/master/INSTALL.md

This is not correct, tar balls can be found at : http://cangjians.github.io/downloads/pycangjie/
