[Feature Request] D-Bus message set_allow_interactive_authorization support

According to https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/api/html/group__DBusMessage.html#gae734e7f4079375a0256d9e7f855ec4e4, the allow_interaction_authorization flag can be set during construct messages.
