Improve the infra dashbaord

The current dashboard only shows deps of infra.target and their status, but we should build something more suitable as a "status of the gateway" page. Some things to include,

• Status of services and their recent logs
• Registered runners
• Registered machines
• PDus
• Network health
• "Unit tests"
• Active runners their logs

Basically glancing at this screen should give confidence as to the state of the gateway. Some of the bits were in the old dashboard, but that also didn't give much information as to the real health of the gateway.
