This stage is meant to take the prototype that is %Testing stage 1: VKCTS running on RADV developers’ private branches, and make it more more reproducible by using less static configuration and rely more on auto configuration.

The nice benefit is that it enables some forms of decentralization of the infrastructure, along with better testability.
