Add hardware description beside the hostname in Hardware List

At the moment, the description for the machines are intermingled to the automatically fetched data.

For clarity, it would be better to have the machine description next to the machine name, example:

fi-whl-u (Intel Whiskey Lake RVP)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
