issue to compile with cerbero - Recipe 'librsvg' failed at the build step 'compile'

Hi Using Debian 11 and try to install gstreamer using cerbero source according with instruction here:

however, when I execute this command ./cerbero-uninstalled package gstreamer-1.0

appears this issue:
