Rendering / decode glitches in a timeline with a transition.

I made a small video with Pitivi yesterday - a title screen that transitions to a video. Just in the last few frames of the transition, there is visible blocky corruption in the video layer that's being transitioned to. The corruption is visible in Pitivi's preview playback, as well as in the ges-launch rendered version of the timeline.
