Build instructions

As new to Gstreamer and totally agnostic to Rust, I'm having a hard time building the plugins (lots of errors, dependencies I'm not sure how to get, etc.). Would it be possible to have something contained, e.g. a Dockerfile, that demonstrates building the plugins? Apologies if I missed something already out there.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
