fmp4mux: doesn't take into account `GST_TAG_IMAGE_ORIENTATION` tag

It can be useful on mobile devices since video stream there has landscape orientation by default no matter how exactly phone is rotated. On other side rotating video directly on mobile device can be pretty expensive and tricky task.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
