Missing --with-libvpx in installation guide for macOS

brew install gst-plugins-good does not include libvpx by default which causes the rtpfecserver example to fail as it uses vp8enc

Adding --with-libvpx to macOS/brew part of the README should fix it

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
