Regression for vaapipostproc when doing playback for 4k

Using latest gstreamer commit fab890ce when we use below command:

#gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=test_3840x2160_30mbps_60fps_Baseline@L5.2.mp4 ! qtdemux ! vaapih264dec ! vaapipostproc! glimagesink

Black screen is seen

However, this issue not seen with 1920 video playback, video can play smoothly #gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=test_1920x1080_3mbps_30fps_Main_at_L4_10bit.mkv ! matroskademux ! h265parse ! vaapih265dec ! vaapipostproc ! glimagesink
