Issue with page "GStreamer: developers"

The link to "GStreamer Continuous Integration website" is broken: https://ci.gstreamer.net/. The phrase "This will eventually be merged to use GitLab-CI in a near future" also seems outdated.

Maybe this should be replaced/removed by gitLab.freedesktop.org?
