Telit: increase AT probing timeout for new modules

The AT probing timeout should be increased in all new Telit modules because they may take a long time (even up to 25s) to be usable after the serial ports have been exposed by the kernel.

Currently applicable to all these modules:

  • 1040, 1041 LM9x0
  • 1050, 1051 FN980
  • 1201, 1204 LE910Cx
