SMS gets clogged up from large multipart SMS

Android allows a multipart SMS that looks like it can be up to 22,400 characters.

If Android sends a large SMS, it seems that if an SMS is somewhere above 3500 characters (it is confirmed that over 3700 will trigger this), then the incoming SMS will sit at "Receiving" and no other SMS will come in until that SMS is deleted.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
