FM350 modem expects a non-zero value for SignalStrengthInterval in the threshold setup command. Else it disables threshold-based signal strength notifications. @aleksm please let me know if it is appropriate to create a issue here. If not, we can track with the internal bug. Thanks!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
