Couldn't refresh signal quality: Transaction timed out
mmcli version 1.14.8
qmicli version 1.30.2
modem: Cinterion PLS63-W
Sometimes we see the following messages(see bottom) in the logs, even if the 4G connection is working. This happens short after starting of the modem/ModemManager/qmi-proxy.
We do not interact with the modem except through these two commands to monitor network quality:
qmicli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --nas-get-signal-info
qmicli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --nas-get-system-info
Restarting the modem with mmcli -m -r didn't solve the problem.
Restarting the device itself solved the problem temporarily.

Is this normal?
Could the qmicli commands invoke this behaviour, or is this unrelated?
