Set "media.category" = "Manager" property

We should set the "media.category" property on the pipewire core to "Manager" to ensure the session manager gives us maximum permissions so that we can properly change the graph.

Future pipewire/wireplumber may come with more restrictive permissions, such as not letting non-manager apps use the link factory, so setting this will ensure that we continue to have the required permissions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
