Docs.rs doesn't build

Both pipewire and pipewire-sys link to docs.rs in their README but the linked pages says that the documentation build failed:

docs.rs failed to build pipewire-0.2.2
Please check the build logs for more information.

Either of the following should be done:

• Fix the docs.rs build (best option)
• Host the documentation ourselves and link to it
• Ask the user to build the documentation themselves
• Remove the link in the README
