Port from appstream-glib to libappstream

appstream-glib is minimally maintained, and libappstream is more up to date and more maintained. Many other projects (flatpak, gnome-software) are porting or have ported to libappstream.

A port should be fairly straightforward, as libmalcontent-ui only uses a few symbols from appstream-glib.
