libslirp MSVC compiler support (Visual Studio)

Hi, as the title suggests I would like to ask if it was possible to make libslirp compatible with MSVC. It is currently a problem for several projects using this library, and would allow for the creation of a better and more useful port in vcpkg https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/issues/24604. Thanks
