Allow non-advertised information to be sent in wp_image_description_info_v1

Should we be explicit about whether compositors are allowed to send information values they do not advertise as supported?
I think it should be allowed with the note that even if a surface preferred or output image description contains bits that the compositor does not advertise as supported in client originated image descriptions, the image description is still usable on a surface. Obviously the compositor handles at least those particular cases.
That would be really confusing. What's the use case you have in mind?
Compositors, that do not support generic parametric image descriptions, but they do support one very specific parameter value combination: the one they use themselves on the output.
Of course, such a compositor could advertise supporting all the parameter categories that are needed in order to create its output image description, but that gives the impression that there could be lots of parameter value combinations supported. The compositor can still gracefully reject everything, but I wonder if apps would be better knowing that nothing else will work.
Okay, got it. Makes sense I think. In general, I think we should define that any image description that can be create should be usable.
