Color choice bad when having red green vision deficiency

Description
Hello,
I like the tango theme, and it is used more and more widely influencing other styles, too.
That is why I think it is important to highlight that the colors are chosen so that it is hard for people with red-green color vision deficiency to distinguish them clearly. (This is also called color/red-green blindness which is not correct since it is just a shift of the visually perceptible spectrum.)
An example would be the go-down.png and the process-stop.png. While you see the difference when looking attentively, depending on the light, the tilting of the LCD screen, or the position on the screen the colors change slightly in intensity, so that it can make it really hard to see the difference.
That is why more vibrant colors may be less smooth and "professional" but more functional and less frustrating in use.
If you could consider this usability problem it would be greatly appreciated, this problem really seems to be neglected more and more in new designs in general.
