Failing dEQP-GLES3.functional.fragment_ops.blend.fbo_srgb.rgb_func_alpha_func.* under multisample config

The following tests fail under a multi-sampler config, which is required by Android:

dEQP-GLES3.functional.fragment_ops.blend.fbo_srgb.rgb_func_alpha_func.src.zero_one_minus_src_color

./deqp-gles3 --deqp-caselist-file=$HOME/deqp/bug.txt --deqp-log-filename=$HOME/deqp/bug.qpa --deqp-gl-config-name=rgba8888d24s8ms4 --deqp-screen-rotation=unspecified --deqp-surface-type=window --deqp-watchdog=enable

It looks like no one has cycles to look into this at this moment, so leaving it unassigned. As usual, pick it up if you have cycles.
