virglrenderer fails to build on kfreebsd

It seems that gbm is not as well supported there. Build logs can be found here

It seems that the mesa version is pretty outdated there (libgbm-dev 12.0.4), but having the build fail means we should establish a minimum required version to compile against.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
