Overlap output for RDP as a secondary backend

With desktop-shell I noticed that the RDP backend gets an output that's overlapped with the DRM one, whereas with VNC one gets shifted to my right so I suspect normally we shouldn't see outputs get overlapped.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
