Panel dissappears after blanking

As the title suggests.

If you let the compositor blank, after you wake it up and unlock the desktop with the green button the top panel is missing. You can click to open a terminal but the panel is not showing up.

This is happening with the latest version (14)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
