validate: LXQt not supported in Categories

LXQt uses "LXQt" key in the Categories, but this is not supported by desktop-file-validate. I tried to remove this key from LXQt projects, but this is rejected: https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt-powermanagement/pull/329#issuecomment-1158053774
