please consider making a libX11 release around the end of May

A new xkeyboard-config will be released around the end of May too, and it would be nice if the switch-overs from Unicode codepoints to dead-vowel symbols (for the Amharic compose sequences) would happen at roughly the same time, so that the window of non-working sequences is rather small. @alanc?

(The precise date is not important -- these sequences have not worked for many years, so it's fine if again they do not work for some weeks.)
