XKM output directory shouldn't need a trailing slash

Filing based on the comment in !629 (merged), this should be handled correctly in xkbcomp either way.

Edit: moving to xserver, this isn't an xkbcomp issue, the path is composed in RunXkbComp() in the X server code.
