XWayland: SSD/NAND issue on custom distributives

Hi. I want to ask you to fix that. If $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is not tmpfs it will cause resource draining on SSD/NAND in shm mode. I think it will be better to use memfd here. On Android I use that patch: xwayland_for_android.patch. After applying the patch UI redraw has become very fast.
