A contractor cannot fill in "Employer"

I am affiliated to Collabora, yet the membership profile asks me to put down "Employer" which I very specifically cannot do. I am a contractor, not an employee. Confusing the two concepts may have legal consequences for me.

I suspect X.org would need to know my affiliation, hence I'm reporting this as a bug.

If X.org literally means "employer" and not just affiliation, then I suppose that should be clarified somewhere.
