jenkins-ci: further automated credentials setup on container creation

ngcortes requested to merge ngcortes/mesa_ci_docker:fix_typo into master

The CASC system doesn't dump the correct credentials when we save the jenkins config. This patch will cause the system to auto re-generate the credentials everytime we start the jenkins-ci container from scratch, then patch those credentials into the CASC yaml file.
