ipv(4|6): modified ipv(4|6)_*_back_to_auto tests by adding check for dhcp-opts in /run files

Added checks to both @ipv4_method_back_to_auto and @ipv6_addresses_delete_IP_moving_method_back_to_auto to see if /run files get updated with dhcp options when ipv(4/6).method is set to auto.
