wifi_hwsim: add 'simwifi_cloned_mac_address' test
Check that wifi.cloned-mac-address can be set from stable (which means stable IPv4 but not over different profiles), over random (always different IPv4), all the way to stable-ssid (which is stable even over different profiles).
