ipsec: update nmstate libreswan test to latest version
We need to cover some more features as contains in the newest nmstate and NM-libreswan. Added support of:
type: tunnel|transportclientaddrfamily: ipv4|ipv6hostaddrfamily: ipv4|ipv6
IPv6 support is not yet there in NM-libreswan plugin.
