ethernet: update 'ethernet_duplex_speed_auto_negotiation' test

Starting from NM versions >= 1.11.4, NM is allowed to set speed and duplex properties when link auto-negotiation is enabled. Change the test for link auto-negotiation accordingly. Note that the NM branch adding the new feature and enabling the test to pass on current NM version (1.11.4) has been merged today.
