Add 'ipv6_lifetime_too_low' test, remove obsolete 'ipv6_lifetime_set_from_network'
Add test, that IPv6 address valid lifetime does not drop under 2h with malicious RA packet
FIX: "lifetimes are sligghtly smaller than..." step - oposite equation was used, asserting values in case of error now
