prepare: hostapd_wireless: napespace setup

Filip Pokryvka requested to merge devel/fp/hostapd_wireless into master
  • Add possibility to "hide" wlan1 into namespace (usefull in GUI tests) if one of scripts arguments is "namespace"
  • add also namespace section to check function - if there is inconsistency, teardown & setup is called
  • tidy up the code (remove duplicate sections)
