bridge - add bridge vlan options - protocol and stats-enabled

Options bridge.vlan-protocol and bridge.vlan-stats-enabled can be set up with nmcli but are not covered in NMCI. Thus, this merge request.

These options were added to nmcli - bridge - add custom bridge scenario for version @ver+=1.25 @ver-=1.35
