wl_surface: test defunct_role error with subsurface

Adds client.subcomopositor_get_subsurface, and tests that destroying a surface before it's subsurface produces a defunct error.

  • Anvil doesn't implement the defunct role error.
  • Mir sends a wl_display implementation error.
