Basic mobile support and some minor look-and-feel tweaks

• Adding viewport metatag and initial-scale to make the site more readable on mobile devices.
• Show breadcrumbs on 1st level pages that is not index.
• Provide theme color hint for browsers that support it (e.g. Chrome).
