Write a new CHANGELOG

I tried to respect the format you used @yookoala, let's hope I did it correctly. 🤔

However, there seems to be no trace of the 1.4 release, even though I used it for the Fedora package. What happened to us there. 😕

So I did a 1.5.0 instead, but am a bit worried we missed a release. 😖
