Adding testing details from Arvind,

After applying compute mqd patch (drm/amdgpu: Add mqd for userq compute queue) and removing "radeonsi: allow only gfx ip for cs" in mesa.

Result :
Able to launch Desktop glxgears is running, but sometimes it will get the “[SWDEV-499852] userq fence timeout issue". Unigen Heaven is having a “[SWDEV-499852] userq fence timeout issue.”.
