dim: Fix setup left in the middle

Lucas De Marchi requested to merge demarchi/maintainer-tools:tip-fix-setup into master

After setting up drm-rerere, the integration config must be read again to setup the environment variables with list of remotes/branches. Otherwise the setup will be left incomplete, with drm-tip and drm-rerere being the only branches configured.
