Draft: DSC 1.2 support

Dmitry Baryshkov requested to merge lumag/msm-old:msm-next-lumag-dsc into msm-next

This is an attempt to provide a baseline for DSC 1.2 testing. Not all of the patches were fully reviewed, so the tree will be updated with newer versions.

The branch incorporates:

  • msm-next-lumag for the core changes targeting 6.5
  • drm-intel-next for the DRM DSC helpers
  • Jessica's msm helpers patchset
  • Kuogee's DSC 1.2 patchset
  • Jessica's DSI DSC 1.2 patchset, except the controversial pclk rate patch
  • Relevant panel drivers for the reference.
