test: fix partial dependency

libdrm_mock.h includes xf86drmMode.h from libdrm, so this should be reflected in the partial dependency.

I did discovered this while adding libliftoff to Meson's wrapdb (https://github.com/mesonbuild/wrapdb/pull/540), to simplify using libliftoff in other Meson projects (notably gamescope). It would be quite helpful if you could tag 0.2.1 with this patch on top, but I'll see if I can patch this downstream.
