Generate wlr_compositor and wlr_xdg_shell API in wlroots-sys
As mentioned in the title, this PR makes wlroot-rs cover more API.
Note that the CI job will fail. Maybe that's because wayland-protocols package is missing. Is it possible to modify the CI process?
