Document that extra repositories should use FDO_DISTRIBUTION_EXEC

There are arguments for adding handling of extra repositories into the templates but it's unlikely this will be implemented and maintained anytime soon. Meanwhile, anyone who needs extra repositories should use FDO_DISTRIBUTION_EXEC instead - let's say so explicitly.
